I also got the new Adept Cosmetics empty magnetic palettes (Infinity Stack)!!! I was really excited that they launched after waiting for almost a year lol. I also commented on their posts to create a 9-12 pan palette version so they can be easy to travel with and stackable. Would love to see these smaller versions!

The palette loaded with iridescent shadows is dreamy!! I have several opaque cardboard palettes and a few MUG clear front palettes. I store my shadows by color and use color-coordinated stickers on the outside so that I know what is in the palette without looking. If I keep a brand together I try to buy the brand's palette or if they offer a sticker I will add that to the outside for quick ID. I can't wait to see a tour of your collection!

You read my mind! I've been getting a lot of singles and I've been trying to find a good empty palette - MBA has one that can hold 110 shadows within 4 layers and it's a pretty good buy. I've been curious about the Adept ones and I'm glad to hear they're good.

Super helpful! Those new Adept palettes look great. I have a much smaller singles collection. The bulk of them are kept in two double-sided "vaults" from anothersoul on Etsy, with three smaller plastic Allwon brand palettes housing whatever color stories I felt like putting together. I always use mirrored compacts when doing makeup and it's a bummer how hard they were to find. Going to see if I can dissolve the logo off of them with acetone and find some nice vinyl stickers to decorate instead.

I want those terra moons palettes, hope they come back in stock. I have close to 500 singles and there’s more that I want but ran out of space. I organize by color, and separate mattes from shimmers.

What a great video! I have a couple empty palettes and my favorite is definitely the red Terra Moons palette - it's very pretty, and it feels like a nice professional touch when the brand's singles fit into their palettes perfectly. My Clionadh palette conceals a blasphemy: I pulled apart my Blends palette to make singles and jettisoned the shades I didn't like.

I like clear top palettes. After pondering a long time over the Adept with the plate in the middle or Z pal, I just ordered an XL Z palette. I have 1 smaller Z palette that Ulta carries and a few other small palettes some clear some not. I don't have a ton of singles unless I end up depotting, I may pop out all my Colourpops when I get the big palette. The Adept stackables look nice, if I need more maybe I will get those but I'm good for a long while. *I'm going to break my brain deciding to put all Colourpop together vs leave as they are in their nice little palettes.

Love seeing all the different types of empty palettes! I use the xl ones from adept a lot and label on the outside what’s inside them, usually by brand. The hot glue part cracked me up tho omg! It’s been a minute since I used hot glue.

I love my GMG empty palettes because they're so big. It was difficult to store when I had so many large and medium sized palettes. I may get those new adept palettes for my single blushes and highlights.

This was so helpful! I am very interested in the new Adept palettes and love that they are stackable magnetically. Soooo beautiful to see that palette with iridescents and 💯 would love to see a full collection. If you like iridescent storage then you can find some really pretty stuff by searching for acrylic shop display stands.

The hunt for the perfect clear view magnetic palette is a tough one! How does the new Adept palette compare to the Makeup Geek one? I have 20 of the Makeup Geek ones and absolutely adore them. They are slim and sleek, yet sturdy. I hate how bulky the Z palettes and the Magnetic topped Coosei are. Having ran out of the Makeup Geek palettes, I've started buying "The Pro Palette". They are the opposite of bulky but feel a bit cheap. No issues with them so far and they hold a ton of eyeshadows at least. Just wish I could find a Makeup Geek dupe... and in more sizes. I did buy a bunch of the 4 pan clear view makeup geek ones to make on the go color stories.
