Bro I think Line Isolator one required before CT and after CT first we required CB for over current relay tripping to command CB Trip and than Isolator and than transformer LA..

Busbar k baad Isolator then Circuit Breaker then CT then LA ho kr PTR k sath connect hota hai. Incomer k time CT & Ckt Breaker rahega then iska opposite bus bar k baad rahega means first Ckt Breaker and CT

You have explained nicely. Only avoid to say VCB for 132 kv system. VCB is available only upto 33kv.
