if you look at the cost of food and things there there cost of living is very low and its not like they have day care unless the child is 2 and you have to pay for it so its not really so surprising i don't think they hand out birth control and teens will be teens there meant to breed none of us has a choice about that, and only a few country's give out free birth control.
