My adopted daughter din had a mild cerebral palsy. 11 months gumagapang until after 3 years natapos ang adoption process at nadala namin sa Hong Kong. She had an operation sa spine then continuous therapy. Age 5 doon medyo naka lakad hanggang tuloy tuloy ang therapy and another operation sa paa kasi naka tip toe pa din ang right foot. Now, my daughter is 22 years old at naka graduate sa college and working sa advertising.

One of my students here in Ontario Canada has a case like of Alonzo. Shes 4 years old in Junior Kindergarten and shes the sweetest student Ive ever have. Naka mickey G-tube din sya, pagkakaiba lang yung sa student ko, may pump machine. She also cannot talk, walk and communicate. But I swear... she's a sweet heart. She smiles whenever you sing to her. Since the first day I worked with her, I thank God everyday for giving me this rare opportunity of working with this sweet angel. Napakasarap ng feeling. But I know its not that easy for the parents. I cant imagine how hard it is for parents of kids having a case like this.

I was crying while watching this. I remember my baby Maxine who passed on due to brain deformity/malfunction. She kept on seizuring for 3 months. Just like Alfonso, she never cried except when she was being given a bath, her cries were music to my ears because those were the only rare times when she sounded normal. All I did was cry because I couldn’t take seeing her suffer. One day, her heart couldn’t take it anymore and had a cardiac arrest (which the doctor said would happen one day). I admire the bravery of Jana. How I wish I could’ve been that tough during those darkest days. Glory to God for sharing this. The best video; the content closest to my heart ♥️

So many emotions and lessons watching this episode. Jana’s one mighty mom. As a single mom myself, I can’t imagine having the same challenge as hers. I miscarried my twin on my 6th month, and had to deliver him/her full term together with surviving twin. But before my scheduled CS got confined coz my daughter wasn’t breathing. Fast forward to 11years she is well and healthy! This video made me grateful when I think at times I don’t get any blessing. But to witness Mom Jana overcome every battle is beyond any mother’s faith. I pray for Alonzo’s progress day by day ☀️
