I was a young father, his mother wanted to give him up for adoption and I looked at her as if she was crazy. I come to find out she had given up one of her kids for adoption before. By the way, we were married. The point I’m making is is that women know they use the government and the government is the father but the government doesn’t love like a father or a husband, the government does not care about the child like a father does care for the children. It should be standard practice that first time mothers (especially ones with twins) are strongly advised to organise structured helped so they can get enough sleep. So they can ride the emotional rollercoaster caused by the pregnancy and birthing hormones followed by unexpected exhaustion and depletion of vitamins and minerals (by the infants) even if the mother has been taking vitamins. Post partum is no joke. Someone I know wanted to redrum herself after having the much longed for second child. Hormones + fatigue can be hell! My friend got help and everything worked out, but it was hell. I hope this young lady calls up her family and gets some help - for the babies and herself.

When my son was born I WAS .so grateful to have an entire family network both sides!!! I considered my son, all our baby. My mom even made my sisters babysit!! I WAS WORKING don't get me wrong. My son long grown but I really respect the relationship he has with his aunts.

Some old story just different players. She saw all or the red flags but she wanted the guy to commit to her. Likely hoped that having a baby would reel him in knowing he could care less about her. She could probably get some help from her family but she’s not sharing her predicament with them. I think it’s just a matter of time before she understands that she was part of Tyrone’s rotation and it’s time to lick her wounds and go home and let the family help her.
