Lacey, I’ve been watching from the very beginning, when you were much younger at your moms house. You have grown up to be such a lovely person and it’s so nice to see. You seem so mature, genuine, and so humble. You are truly so amazing! Bex is blessed to have you as a mom. I get what you mean by you being a completely different person now, the same happened to me and it’s so crazy to think that we were a different person. Also I was intentionally single for 4 years and it was the best four years. I refused to date until I found my soulmate, I was prepared to stay single forever rather than being with the wrong person. Well my soulmate came into my life 4 years later and now we are married. Sometimes taking a break for yourself is quite refreshing. I have been trying and trying to get back to my old "happy" self and you just made me realise why its not working. That old me is dead, i couldn't get her back if i tried and thats okay. You’re doing amazing Lacey! I’m glad co-parenting is going great. The relationship you have with Eli right now doesn’t have to change once either of you are in a new relationship. Just be upfront about your situation and the rest will fall into place. My husband and his ex wife co-parent very well. Yes there are times that you won’t see eye to eye in certain situations, but that’s with any relationship. We all get along and are in this for the child at the end of the day. Just remember that. You got this! ❤

The OG CM Lacey was a child, you are a woman. Good for you recognizing and being aware of growing up with self-reflection. Quit your job and go to school/community college. You are a gifted, charismatic speaker and presence on camera. Look into some type of media studies, journalism. Call me crazy (haha), but I see you as a reporter or some type of on-air personality in the future. You are blessed with so much talent and intelligence...develop it into a well paying, challenging, enjoyable career. Or completely different direction: X-ray, MRI or CT technologist: pays really well. ComColleges offer these programs. Easier to start a career. Reporter is difficult to get into and pay not so great at first.

Im glad you and Eli are still good friends, especially for Bexley's sake and hope it lasts, cos i came from broken parents who always fought and hated it and the main antagoniser was my dad, and we as kids had to stap away from him in the end cos he was always in and out of our lives and then trying to cause the trouble for my mum and we knew different only my brother wanted to keep seeing him and i didn't, and she said it was up to us at the end of the day as it was our dad and she didn't want us to stop seeing him if we didn't want to, and I just refused to go in the end!!!! Co parenting usually goes well until another person enters the relationship so just be ready for that and be prepared to shift your co-parenting situation again. Always be flexible with the plan and y'all will do just fine

How do you deal with the inevitable “I told you so! We told you! You should’ve waited, and we all warned you!” type of comments? They’re the most unhelpful sort of comments and change nothing yet everyone feels the need to point it out. Relationships can fail, and I just don’t know how you deal with that. As well, it almost feels like people are putting the blame on your child. Like you two WOULDN’T have separated if you hadn’t had a baby. Which.. is just such an unfair mentality to all of you, and I’m just curious how you shut those out or what your thought process is behind handling them because those sorts of comments can be so damaging (and ARENT HELPFUL!)

I will say you are very well spoken and do have a knack for this KZbin thing with good camera presents but also know for many it doesn't last forever BUT social media is also going to be around forever in one way or another. Would love to see you grow in other areas but keep KZbin as a hobby for some extra money. Can't deny you are good ay it but know it takes work and time. Best wished for whatever you do and glad you and Eli are keeping priorities straight and Bex is #1!! My parents divorced when I was 3 so i get a lot of it and what you are going through. I was always their #1 too and they made it work with adjustments here and there when it needed to happen. You are totally right: parents need a break, parents need alone time to be themselves. And of course " splitting time" when you are a couple is easier because you live together and share more time. But spending time with the other parent is a right of the child, not a way to give one parent a break. Babysitter and daycare are meant for that
