He has toys. The best toys are the ones that invoke imaginative play and he has plenty of that. He turned a log into a see saw. He isn't bored or disruptive because he is happy with the toys nature has provided. Toys don't have to be store bought and made of plastic. Sticks, stones, leaves and dirt are even better

David sits up, stands, walks for short distances steadily, sometimes-especially, downhill when he almost falls if his mama doesn't have a tight grip on him-he runs 😊. I've seen him take short hops in place, years old he's still a toddler at age 2. When he is tired, he still has trouble getting his footing even on relatively flat ground. And mountainous jungle footpaths and non foot paths are even worse. LyTuCa obviously grew up among the bamboo and jungle as she seems so at home in her footing and knowing how to look for varmints, dangers, and food.

Why are so many people insisting that she buy toys? Right now she has many more important things to spend her small amount of money on. David is happy with the toys nature has provided. His little mind and body are full of imagination and the sticks, stones, leaves and dirt around him are enough to keep him busy. They engage his imagination much more than a plastic toy would do. He's happy. If he was bored and disruptive then it might make sense to buy a couple toys but he is happy exploring the world around him so let him do that.
