The Cameramen on these Channels never seem to intervene in ANY way, no matter what happens, where an accident happens, or the Person becomes very sick, or a Child is lost in the forest, or the Person is robbed, attacked or worse, they JUST KEEP FILMING AWAY AND NEVER HELP. I think it is how they operate. Just film everything as it happens and NEVER intervene or help. On some occasions, some Channel Operators even instigate bad things to happen to the hapless Person, and the Person may be unaware of the instigation. I have also seen where, when a Channel Operator is bad like that, and does not have the good interests of the Person in their heart, and they do not pass on Donations given by Viewers to support the Person! This is not the case in all Vlogs, and you learn to tell which are the ones who are being treated badly by the Operators. Once they sign a Vlogging Contract, they basically have to fulfill it to the end. There ARE good Operators who do it to help People get ahead in their lives, and improve their living situations and standards, via the KZbin Vlogging Opportunity, and that DO pass on Donations, and give Evidence of doing so.

Pretty stupid advice! 🫤 You don't need documentation to claim it at the police station. You need perfect description of the handbag, the fact that it says, Dior, black vinal not even leather, chain handle, any markings or tears, & the amount of money & contents in the handbag. You sound like someone who does not trust the law. This is not the USA, it's Vietnam & their authorities are helpful & honest, not corrupt like other countries. 🙄 She is better to report it to the police for a clear conscience, not to squander it like some viewers would. 😒 If the handbag is not claimed within a 3 month period, or whatever timeline they set, than they will contact Sam & give it to her. She will legally own it if no one claims it. She's been very lucky to find the silver & prosper from it. She doesn't need to take bad advice, be greedy, & have bad karma knocking on her door.
