One time, he wanted to take his son out of state to a family reunion barbecue. She claims that he has to give her the name of everyone that's going to be there in order for the son to go. My kid's are 30 and older. Their Mom and I divorced 1999. She was stationed at Grand Forks ND and I Minot ND. I rented a four bedroom apartment so each kind can always have their own room, despite the 1400 child support. I hustled as a base housing cleaning contractor to make financial ends. My 3 kid's were enrolled and attended both the Grand Forks and Minot ND school districts. My non negotiable dedication to remain their Dad didn't waver. In regards to the mother's comments regarding receiving phone calls from schools, she mentioned IEPs . IEP stands for Individual Education Plan. These were initially given to children who have what I would call "historic" type of disabilities (i.e. down syndrome, muscular dystrophy, blindness, speech impediment, etc.). However, now they are given to children with issues such Attention Deficit Disorder. Because students on these plans are protected under The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. Scholl's have to tread very carefully. A requirement of the plans are for schools to work directly with the parents, so if she had multiple kids who have a plan, there could possibly be a lot of contact (calls) between school and home. Not so much because the child did anything wrong but to ensure the school is not violating any of the child's rights.

Phil I get that there are Women who complain because their overwhelmed and blame the fathers, but the father of my daughter’s child pays child support when he gets ready. She eventually took him back to court they raised the child support amount and he still does the same. And when the child is sick at the emergency room with fever, and she told the father and his words were keep me posted. I was angry along with my daughter because that’s his child as well he should be arriving there on two wheels. There are good fathers but there are many that don’t want to help. Help these mothers with your children!
