Hi, sir, l have question in my head every time, I think of H-bridge inverter. Assuming its modified Sine wave, The alternating voltage across the load is changing polarity, let say frequency is 50Hz or 60Hz. My question is, which one is phase and neutral of these two terminals connected to the load??

Hello, in this inverter circuit configuration, the output voltage (load voltage) is not referred to ground or any 0 V potential. So, the output voltage is floating. You can make it single-ended voltage by converting it from this floating (double-ended) to single-ended.
