Maybe. It is a lovely location and it is in very good condition. The selling price will certainly start with a 4, the question is what will follow ???? :-)

1 1/2 bathroom just does do it for me. Need at least 2 for a 4 bedroom. The kitchen, dinning, and lounge area are great. Just too expensive.
