There's really no point in using Multi Infernos over Single Infernos, even for spam armies like the hybrid, the attacker is going to use the Eternal Tome to push past the Infernos. But if the opponent isn't using a spam army, and a single inferno tower survives, it can fully defend and prevent a 3*
