We played with a greenkeeper at Sunningdale the other week and he said there's no point fixing divots because the rootbase of the grass has been chopped away. We'll keep repairing though just for etiquette

1/9 GIR, about 3 fairways hit, couple 3 putts and 3 lost balls over 9 holes. Thats not an 8 handicap. Its closer to a 16-17 handicap.

no hate boys, I'm a 5 handicap and we play in tournaments ranging from people with a handicap of 3 till 9, and 90% of our shots from around 80 to 100 metres land on the green and rarely you see someone hit in longstaff or the rough. Not taking it away from yall, you guys have improved alot but on a handicap of 8, you shouldnt be getting any bogeys on such an mid course. No hate, only love. 😊

The player with the highest % of GIR from that range on the PGA tour this season is Ryan Moore. He hit 84.62% or greens. For some reason I doubt your 3-9 handicap buddies can out shoot him. No hate, just love 😊

I play with a guy who’s actually an 8 handicap, and it is a LOT different than the golf in this video 😂 shouldn’t be missing greens from 60 yards and should be able to hit a simple bunker shot.
