While on deployment in Iraq in 2004 some of my fellow soldiers and I participated in a gospel concert and sang this song. We were practicing one night and we heard some explosions and sirens and if I recall correctly were told to take cover in place and wait for the all clear before we went back to where we were staying. Our director suggested we keep singing and focus on God. By time we got the all the clear and the power came back, no one had dry eyes, we all felt safe and a peace that's hard to explain and it left me with a memory about the Lord that I will never forget. The help that comes from above is DIVINE. About this time last year, armed robbers hijacked my car. I jumped out of the car to run away while the car was still moving and missed my steps and fell. The moving car literally climbed my head, hands and legs. The robbers ran away thinking I was dead under the car. Praise God today I'm still alive after two surgeries, and using my hands and feet perfectly. This is none other than Divine Help from above. Thank you Jesus! Tam.

My help came from The Lord (37) years ago when I sat on my bed crying tears. I was tired of the men using me, tired of the alcohol, the cigarettes, the fornication, the masturbation, dropping pills, partying, etc. I had "NO PEACE" and "NO JOY," I was a miserable woman, especially, after I found out that my man was someone else's man. Then someone broke into my house, and stabbed me (4) times with a butcher knife, but "GOD! Who is rich in mercy. I cried out to The Lord and asked Him to, spare my life, when I was being stabbed, I cried out to The Lord, and said, "Lord! Please don't let me die like this! Because I knew if I died like that I was going to HELL! There is no such thing as purgatory! but HELL! And when I cried out to The Lord, it was like The Lord, sent His Angel, to lift this man off of me and stop him from stabbing me. I lost so much blood, and the doctor thought that he was going to lose me, even after the blood transfusion. But, when I cried out to The Lord, He heard my cry. And after, He spared my life and had mercy on me (37) years ago. He saved me and delivered me from everything that I mentioned above. The Lord kept me for (31) years with NO SEX! or MASTURBATION! Until He blessed me to walk down the aisle (6) years ago. He has blessed me and my husband with a beautiful ministry on Facebook. My husband and I are telling others how The Lord changed our lives and delivered us from the things that had us bound in sin. Now, it's going on almost (38) years since I had a drink of alcohol, or smoke cigarettes, dropped pills, partying and played lottery, and even masturbated. The Lord changed our complete life. The man that He gave me, is good to me, I don't want for anything. When The Lord saved me, I gave myself to the ministry, in my single years, I sold completely out for, Jehovah God and His Son, Jesus Christ., and looked up one day, and The Lord said "It's time for marriage, and I cried tears of joy because I waited on God all those years and NEVER! Went back into the streets. It pays to wait on God for anything, no matter, how long it takes, because He is FAITHFUL IN ALL HIS WAYS! (KJV- Isa. 49:23; last stanza, "For they shall not be ashamed that wait for me." And (KJV- Jn. 8:36; "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
