this happened to on one of my old membrane keyboards and it was apparently a built in function such that whenever you held a key it would just rapidly press rather than hold it like it should. Was really mad about not being able to hit sliders for a while lol

@@sillymatthewosuoldi dont think its keyboard specific, happened to me too on a really old random keyboard and i found out the problem was that i had accidentally used a really specific key combination that toggles this feature

@@pytexshiv Happened to me too, on one of my old keyboards, I pressed a really specific key combination while playing robeats (since my keybinds were Q, W, O, and P) that toggled that feature, so when I went into osu! (Yes, I went from robeats... into osu! standard), I had to struggle on 0.4*'s because of that function.
