Ich war im November für ein paar Tage dort mit einem Kollegen der Muay Thai kämpft. Als absoluter Neuling fand Ich es ganz schon mega beeindruckend zu sehen was die Jungs und Mädels da leisten. Morgens drei Stunden trainieren, nachmittags wieder drei Stunden. Und das 6 Tage die Woche...da beschwere Ich mich in meinem bequemen Büro nicht mehr so schnell!

So ambitioniert dass Alex Lumpinee champion werden möchte, glaube da hat er noch einen längeren Weg vor sich, aber Daumen sind gedrückt. Wie reagieren die Coaches auf dein elite level boxing? Dein boxing ist ja doch nochmal etwas “besser” als das der meisten Muay Thai Kämpfer.

Vielleicht solltest du erwähnen, dass die 10 km Laufstrecke diverse Höhenmeter und eine 15 % Rampe beinhaltet. Nach dem laufen ist man schon komplett zerstört. Gutes Video
