This explains all the permits and the sentinels: why Vendetta wanted to keep the city safe. It was all because of what happened to Singularity and he wanted to protect her and now that she’s gone he feels responsible for not helping her. Rox being Vendetta’s daughter also makes perfect sense: she looks just like Singularity and has the same motive which is to protect others and help the city. Although I thought that Singularity would turn out to be Demi before the robot stuff because of how Vendetta was talking to her

The Heroes seemed to be an inconvenience for him. Krampus was never against the heroes: His job was to create the Elemental Kings... To what end, we still don't know. Cloaked Shadow is likely disposing of the threats to his plan by potentially grooming the newest Fire King.

Synopsis: Singularity, John Wick, Lynx, and Drift attempt to take on Tempest - a storm-faring villain that plagues Neo Tilted and many other places on the island. During this engagement, Singularity is willed to chase and stop Tempest and follows into the storm... We then cut back, prior to the events that just happened - where Neo Tilted is under heavy construction, possibly by Jack Gourdon. Singularity is with Lynx and Drift, eager to become a “hero” like them. She then ‘shows off her moves’ and proves her worth to the team (it is unclear how long she has dreamed to be a hero). Lynx and Drift accept her place in the team and Singularity returns home to her “husband”. Before she leaves, she is handed a device from Lynx that enables her to be in contact with the rest of them. She returns home with exciting news; she is part of the team she dreamed to be in. Vendetta is standing outside, where he greets Singularity upon her return. Throughout this moment, she is hyperbolic about her involvement in the team. However, Vendetta is concerned, and so draws attention to their daughter - who is in need of care - and is doubtful in becoming mayor of Neo Tilted. A call is shortly received on Singularity’s device; it’s Lynx. She is called upon to meet with the other heroes urgently, so she takes off abruptly. She meets up and is introduced to John Wick and Stratus (Wick addresses Singularity as “newbie” from here on out). Stratus continues his mission-brief and analysis on who they’re dealing with. He speaks about being a Storm Chaser and was with a previous group (It is unclear how many were in the group originally). They went in. And while one made it back out normally, the other was consumed by the storm and went by the alias “Tempest”. Tempest has apparently been threatening Neo Tilted with Stratus tracking him down; he is coming back; the heroes prepare for battle and plan to intercept Tempest’s path of destruction. Shortly thereafter, we cut to the event that happened in the intro. Majority of what happens in the intro happens again with some development. Lynx, Drift and Singularity attempt to down Tempest out of his personal glider “The Eye” by boarding it; Lynx and Drift fail. Wick attempted to shoot Tempest out of the sky, but was interfered with the presence of a Storm emergence. It was all up to Singularity and her ship, and so, chased after Tempest - receiving a direct blast from one of her plasma cannons: “The Storm will protect me...” She disappears into the Storm and is never seen again, nor is Tempest... Sometime after the frenzy, Vendetta is seen standing in front of a statue of Singularity, commemorating her “bravery in the face of impossible odds” (Lord Terrence Hood - Halo 2, Cairo Station). To his side is Demi. They both make small talk; Vendetta is left alone shortly after. In this moment, Vendetta talks to the statue of Singularity, his wife, about what has happened over this “Sometime after”: his daughter was put up for adoption; he has become the mayor of Neo Tilted; and wishes she was still here (indirect). However, he is abruptly interrupted by Cloaked Shadow, a mysterious ‘shadow’ figure with a noticeable red cloak; he has distinct yellow eyes and mostly speaks in a unique language. In this conversation, Cloaked Shadow reveals that Vendetta is the son of the Fire King; that the heroes his wife worked alongside were responsible for his death. Most of what Cloaked Shadow says is unrecognisable for us, but Vendetta seems to understand very clearly what ‘it’ is saying. Cloaked Shadow hands him the very staff that The Fire King, Vendetta’s father, used to channel his energy. ‘It’ then disappears in a black cloud; Vendetta is left alone with staff in hand. He seeks vengeance against the heroes after learning this truth and swears to destroy the heroes after what they did to his wife... (End of episode)
