I think it's actually a red supergiant because red giants don't become black holes, they become a white dwarf. Supergiants have enough mass to collapse into a black hole or neutron star, however.

fucking hell this fight was so good the sudden 3d (technically the barrier did it first but shh), the way that twinkly turns from a 5 pointed star into a LITERAL star, how he becomes completely silent for the entire fight and becomes like this utter force of nature without even a face, the various soul mode obstacle courses (i couldnt tell but i really hope the patience one was in the pattern of ursa minor or possibly major), the usage of all 6 soul colors in the finale portion (i get the feeling the cycle at the end finishing on green wasnt an accident), fuuuuck this fight was SO GOOD

The final neutral fight reminds me of final bosses from Kirby series. We are fighting some ancient eldritch god being, with having some superpowers for this certain fight. But Twinkly is much more threatening than any of Kirby's final fight. The fact that the whole fight according to story is played in archives, that is some kind of digital purgatory with eternal suffering for those who trapped in (this sci-fi trope is really fitting for the game like outertale) and now this thing became a real world is really creepy. Also, hp bar that looks like loading bar in computer, some of souls minigames that also looks like some kinds of menus on computer and bopping sound before soul segments is really good ties up with all of this computer simulation stuff

i hated the integrity part where i gotta get to the hoverboots- i literally had to stop playing because i was too angry to focus. it was so long and has a time limit..... which imo is unnecessary. the fight was already hard enough without the time limit. yeah maybe i just have skill issue, but you could still make the player scared and anxious without the clock tick-tick-ticking and forcing you to hurry up, which makes you mess up even more. still, i like the game and i'm happy you guys made it. i'm gonna try to finish it after my saturday class.
