When ever I try to bounce it it goes really slow and no power in to it

It depends if you have the factory servo in. If you have a aftermarket servo you have to program it and check the position of your servo horn and endpoints

Great video brother, I was just doing the rear and was having a hard time.... now this video has cleared it up for me, set everything to 100 for the rear and leave on down postion and mount the servo horn so it sits low! Thanks brother

IMHO on an out the box RC, I’d follow this video step by step. I did my new 64 out the box and all the horns/linkage and end points were way off. It hops and steers hella better now without any upgrades… yet. 😎

Dang nice video To help set mine up I got a Monte Carlo first day I charged it drive it maybe 20 min messing around then steering stopped working the servo hits the battery trey and I didn’t know blew it out same day idk if it’s maybe something that can be warranty?

Since 60 is the mid point between the 0-120 range, I’ve wondered too about setting all of the beginning end points at 60-60 rather than 100-100.

Wow I just got my 64 and I thought mine was defective because the front servo gets extremely hot. I didn’t know that I had to set the endpoints correctly. pretty dumb they aren’t set correctly from factory. I already put in a warranty claim because I’ve already over heated the front servo 3 times and out of those 3 times throttle stopped working then the front raise switch then the steering. They start working after the servo cools down though. I just feel like I need a new servo now.

One question…is it ok to stay with the stock steering servo once you install the 10a bec? Or does that need to be converted to 8.4 volts too?

Just bought the Monte Carlo one everything works except for the front when I push the button that makes the front raise together only one side raises same for the lowered switch. Anyone know how to trouble shoot this issue?

Often that an issue with the "mix" setting in the controller

@Gypsy Bankrollz message me when you can look at your mix. Tell me how many mix setting you have ie mix 1, mix 2, mix 3 I need know how many you have 3 or 4

I changed the rod and servo horn on my jumping servo to a shorter horn and increased the end points a little and it gave it a little more pop on the jump. It’s not trying to go beyond its range and not getting hot. You think I can run like that or should I go back to the original horn and rod?

You should be fine. I did same it's great way to improve performance a bit. Leverage factors work in our favor

Nice work on your videos and how much you share for RC community. I’ve watched this video over and over more than 5 times. This being my sixth. I get it but then again I don’t due to me accidentally resetting my radio and now all my end points are at 100 with all my servos on my monte are all out of whack. Trying to get it dialed in and I can’t seem to get my channels 3 on up to jive with my knob potions on the remote. I know the end points are all set to different numbers from the factory. You think you could share to someone on how to get it back to working conditions for us? I called redcat but with no luck by them saying just to do each channel by itself and move onto the next. I would if I could get the first channel to work with next channel since they are on different sides, they don’t go the same way. I’m lost and about to give up this lowrider and was hoping you could assist me or others that may have done what I’ve done.

@@NorthSideCustomRC Yeah, I'm sure there are more new things to share with all your work. I was frustrated with the servos at first messing around with ride height. When I hit the drop rear button, car jiggles on the way down!

@@Carlosinator "car jiggle on way down"" are the end point a low value on either side? Like 15 to 20 type low? I ask cuz found pan buttons Lil funky if an end point too numerically low. Kinda like need enough on the end point to have the smooth travel.
