Flo Progress definitely both 🤷🏻‍♀️ are you new to this community? If soo, welcome! This is ASMR cleaning. Soo yes, these types of videos feature lots of sponge squeezing, paste making with cleansers and cleaners, and of coarse the cleaning at the end. Their not for everyone, I understand, but this is a positive, supportive ASMR community. Hope that helps!
