As someone like yourself Steve, I was a non swimmer, just a lifter of weights. I didn't know how to swim...so I hired a swim coach. I hated swimming, I dreaded being in the water, and but I had a goal to learn how to over come that fear and be a good swimmer. During my private sessions, I would talk and ask alot of question. Mostly because I didn't want to do more drills. Looking back...I should have shut the hell up and done more swimming then talking.
