idea from your biggest fan: MTS Doucette Type: Ocean Liner Built: December 29th 2001 MTS Doucette was departing from Vancouver, CA heading to Los Angeles, US. While is was 200 KM away from San Francisco, A ship called the MV San Monica was sailing through fog and rough seas, So was MTS Doucette. At 3:40AM local time, the MV San Moncia crashed into the starboard side of the MTS Doucette. Water Split into the Boiler Room and the passengers woke up to a BOOM! And Scrapping. The Bow of the MV San Monica was demolished and water spilt into the port side, MTS Doucette had an immediate starboard list about 2° degrees. 2 people died in the crash alone. Because of the Fog. San Monica had no idea it was there. Lifeboats were deployed and water spilt into the Great Staircase of the MV San Monica. Fireworks and distress SOS signals were sent. The Nearest ship was the HMV Saint Hilton, it was 12 miles away. In Under 20 minutes. Half of the MTS Doucette was under water. It started to rise up 3° degrees. It was very cold ( 3° degrees ) MTS Doucette’s Funnel Collapsed and Fell on Lifeboat 12, 6 Passengers died from that. MV San Monica’s Bow would already be under the ocean, Bridge of the MV San Monica’s Flooded 8 minutes after the bow flooded 4:08 AM, MV San Monica’s Boiler Rooms would explode setting MV San Monica on fire, both of the ships sank in only 1 hour at 4:40 AM, HMS Saint Hilton would arrive on scene and pick up all of the lifeboats, 8 people died in this tragedy.
