I do not look forward to Sinnoh remake(s). Gamefreak will surely butcher them up because they can't be assed go take their time making these games. I think they went far enough with Fire Red and Leaf Green as far as remaking gen1.

@Merciless Freak 1) Platinum is an enhanced version. 2) D/P had a fuck ton of problems, being slow, poor distribution of Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, Honey system was dumb, Contest issues (like Hoenn). 3) Remakes update graphics, as well as give newer generations of children a chance of playing an older game with the same feel but still feels like an entirely new game on a more accessible console (switch).

Remakes can be better. I understand why they remake Gen. 1, Gen. 2 & especially Gen. 3. But Gen. 4 needs to be remake as well so it can fixed some of it's flaws, add Platinum story & make it an overall better Sinnoh game.

I think we're getting them in 2020 cuz gen 2 remakes happened in gen 4 and gen 3 remakes happened in gen 6. 2+2 is 4, 3+3 is 6, and 4+4 is 8 so it would make sense that they come out a year after gen 8 games

Mr. Diggins very likely 2020, as Gen 8 is coming in 2019 and GameFreak have more or less been releasing games yearly around the same November time. However, I wouldn’t put it past them to take longer on the Gen 4 remakes to improve and change lots of aspects and adapt to the new Pokémon abilities, rather than HMs/Pokémon appearing in the overworld and following you etc., and make it as amazing as Gen 4 truly was for a lot of people. THEY BETTER NOT NERF CYNTHIA AND ATLEAST LEAVE HER PLATINUM TEAM. Same with the Elite 4, as the Diamond/Pearl Flint was barely a Fire Type Elite 4.....I also wonder what the names of the games are going to be 😂😂😂
