I love these rich mini-series from the 1980’s. They were grand productions with actors from years gone by and current actors becoming known in Hollywood. Their clothing was beautiful, tailored and diverse. The women dressed like ladies and were great models for cosmetics and jewelry designers. The settings were authentic and exciting, and the stories were not gruesome or naked filth. Sex was implied a bit more than showing it all. Thank you for the upload, much appreciated.

Why watch a nice miniseries when you could watch a low budget reality show or court room show or informercial? lol

I agree and this show even by80’s standards was kinda third rate. Even so it is great to watch and escape for awhile. Reality tv is cheaper to produce which is why tv went in that direction and horrified us all. Lol.

No other decade had the over the top glitz, glamour and power plays (and horrid dancing) that the 80s had! Fun, unobtainable and complete fantasy for the rest of us to enjoy.

Yes!!! I have been looking for this film forever. Stellar production, performances, and a haunting Carly Simon theme song. Perfection. Loved your performance, Arielle. Thanks for uploading!

I'd totally forgotten about this one. I remember watching it when it was on TV in the 80s. I used to love those mini series we used to get on TV then. There's another one on YT with Joan and Jon Eric Hexum.
