If Sintolol traded into the 4/4 and pinged that....he might've had a chance.....I think Frozen's Water elemental would've stayed frozen, giving Sintolol a chance to trade water elemental into water elemental next turn. He would have to ping his own water elemental to prevent giving Frozen another one though and the end game probably would've been a leftover 2/2 beast......
