Awwww. That's good news, kasi wala parin akong cfo ate haha. Naalala ko tuloy yung sabi ng afam ko when we were arguing about cfo, kasi he insists that I'm not migrating kaya bakit daw kailangan pa ng cfo, nung nag reunite kami sa SG last July. He was right naman. Muntik nako ma offload sa cfo na yan pero God is good to me parin, sana mag tuloy tuloy na ung ganyan, para less hassle sa mga mag ta-travel.

I have a foreign partner po, i got my temporary CFO certificate last year October. Haven't received yet my original due to backlog. There's no expiration for that, and it's a good thing. For me, it's still an advantage to have it, pero mabuti na rin yun hindi na required sa iba.

I think para lang po sa mga first time immigrants ang CFO Seminar. If nakatira na po kayo for 3 years sa ibang bansa and mag bakasyon lang naman po sa pinas, hndi nyo na po ata need ng CFO certificate.

Helo maam good morning,,ask lang ako if this is really really true,,kc nagprocess na po ako para sa visa ko and planning talaga na makaalis ako ngayun Sept. as soon as ma approve lang yung visa ko.. tourist lang din po,,then nag reregister na ako online sa cfo pero puro error lang kaya nag email ako sa help line nila at ang reply naman sila at sabi is nakita daw sa data nila na nagregister ako online noong February 2,,which is true kc nag attempt din ako noon umalis..nagkaaberya lang..binalikan kong mag email dun sa na assign sa akin na counselor at sinabi sa akin na kong gusto ko daw ulit magpatuloy send ko ulit daw mga documents ko na renerequired nila.. Nakapag isip lang ako if this advisory is true talaga bakit hindi nag sabi sa akin yung counselor na yun na no need ko na kumuha ng cfo kc tourist lang naman ako..sinabi ko din ito dun sa travel agency na nagprocess ng visa ko,,ang sabi lang wag daw ako maniwala rito kong ayaw kong ma offload..kailangan ko padin daw kumuha ng cfo..

Depende po sayo sis. Sa namention ko po sa last video ko magagamit nyo po yang cfo certificate in the future like for example kapag may spouse or fiance visa or any immigrant visa or long term visa ka na to live with your partner sa ibang bansa. Kasi no expiration po yan sya.

If you are traveling from the UAE to the US, there is no need to register with the CFO. The CFO certificate will only be required at the Philippine Immigration.

Paano po kapag Visit Visa lang naman and sponsored ng boyfriend ko po, bale ang travel ko is sa December, and may appointment ako for CFO sa September 12, attend pa din ba ako? Or wag na? Nakaka doubt kasi minsan pagdating sa Immigration sa airport, baka bigla na lang hanapan ng CFO eh, alam naman natin na ang IO, magugulat ka na lang sa kung ano ang hahanapin na minsan yung kung ano ang wala kang papel, dun ka gugulatin.

@@rollyreyes7209 hi. For the US visa, medyo iba ang process compared sa EU visa. For US visa, you'll have to go to the US embassy website then fill out the DS160 form. After that, you'll have to pay the visa fee. After that, you'll have to go to their portal to book an appointment for the visa interview (if for tourist visa). As of now, the available slots for interview are for Feb 2024 already. (matagal makakuha ng slot pero ang advantage ay makakapag prepare ka for the interview) That's for a tourist visa. If it's for a fiancé visa (for migration), then the process is different. One of the requirements is that you should have met in person. Then your BF/ fiancé must file for a K1 visa if he wants to petition you to the USA. For the US tourist visa (B1/B2), you need to show proof of your OWN financial capacity and strong ties to home country. Travel history is a plus factor. Yung AOS (Affidavit of Support), kailangan mo lang yun kung na-approve ang visa mo at i-present mo yun sa PH Immigration before your flight to the US. Good luck.
