Watching from Shanghai China 😁👍 we called Wuling MiniEV (GameBoy) not much people owned this mini car but instead people just rent this car for a short while its because for safety reasons (too small) Maybe other smaller cities not on bigger cities in china . A Wuling driver greating from China. A few tips:1. There is a speaker installed in the engine room which generates low frequency noise under the speed of 30KM/Hour .It warns the pedestains the closing car. But it annoys its driver . Many of the Wuling users choose to wrap the speaker up with tape. It blocks the noise perfectly without breaking its original structure. 2. Always hit the brake before turning on the AC. The car will be in Ready mode , which means the big battery is supplying the electricity instead of the small one. Update price: Wuling has raised the original price for all the Mini EV models. About 1000usd increase . Wuling Mini is the best selling EV in china!

Hope you also review Geely’s Geometry EX3 EV. I thought it’s a promising EV vehicle from Mainland China which is quite packed with some utilitarian bells and whistles. However, I am unsure if Geely will bring said EV in Philippine shores. Incidentally, I tried sending an email to Geely to inquire about the car but I didn’t receive any reply. @@rubberduck7228 Buy BYD Dolphin instead. BYD has the safest battery, bar none. Unfortunately, it costs P1.8M. For a subcompact, the price is not reasonable. EVs are exempt from excise taxes under TRAIN Law. Import tax should be 20-30% from its price in China. So, P1.8 M is questionable.

Actually, I also made a little eavesdropping on the Build Your Dreams (BYD) China and Philippine websites, and true to what you articulated BYD is a better, if not, probably the best Chinese EV option as of this writing. Conversely, like what you said, the BYD EV prices are quite steep to my budget. Exchanging EV facts/news, I reckon Mr. Tesla, himself, will soon release a 5-grand EV. When that happens and if it will reach Philippine soil, I am anticipating that pretty soon EV prices will be something to be excited about. I dunno but I am thinking optimistic for it's realization. I am eyeing for an affordable subcompact hatchback that has a juice range of about, say, 250 to 300 kilometer range. That would be a very nice purchase for next year, as my wife and I will be retiring in the 1st quarter of 2023. The EV could complement to my INNOVA, the former as a Sunday car.

Mura talaga ang electric cars sa China because of govt incentives/rebates. For example, yung top of the line BYD Dolphin sa China costs about a million pesos. Pero the same model manufactured in Australia costs about 1.8 m pesos, which I believe is close to its price in the Philippines.

Advise ko Lang. You are offering only 6months warranty for the entire vehicle including the batteries. If your proud of your product, you should be competitive compared to the industry standard of 2 years. P680k is not cheap. Other mainstream ICE cars that you can buy for less than 500k has a 2 year warranty.
