AWESOME!! ang galing, , from dancers to band.. ang ganda ng buong production.. na gamit ng maayos ang props very colorful with neon colors, ang galing ng pag shift ng beat. humanga tlga ako sa mga propsmen cla nag dala ng buong show.. ^^ ^_^.. gling ng choreo. !!

Lanao had a very nice performance this year. I think ang problem sa ilahang prerformance is medyo nakulangan sa sayaw more on props playing ang naka amaze sa people not the dance itself. .Naay mga instances na ang mga dancers natabunan sa props or na ra sa kilid, This is the same thing that happened with ani-anihan, rosquillos & panagsogod festivals, last Pasigarbo sa Sugbo 2011. Pero still i find it a great performance cant wait to see Lanao's performing next year! Thanks for joining Sinulog!

Sorry to tell you but I do value PROPS and PRODUCTION VALUE in a dance presentation. We cannot deny that these props add more color and create VISUAL IMPACT. Besides, that's what makes SINULOG MORE FUN than others. VIVA PIT SENYOR!

its true nga nice jd kau ang performance sa lanao so with the props wa ta masulit ana... ang naka bikil lang gamay kay ang mga dancers halos gibabunan sila sa props..dapat man tingali ang dancers mao jd ang more visible compared sa props.. 60% percent sa dancers ug 40% sa props..but then nice kau woi..di basta2 ang gasto ana..kudos to Gov. Khalid Dimaporo

this contingent should have won... ka asar...i was so excited to know the results,,,i was thinking that lanao would make it to the best 5...and....POOOFFFF!!!! nakaka-depress ung results....i have watched the other contingents who made it to the top 5.....I MUST say....this contingent should have been somewhere in the top 3... this was by far, the most spectacular and best presentation from lanao del norte...and yet they didn't make it to the top??????? oh..c'mon judges explain yourselves...

but actually sinulog now a days iba ang rues or kahit saang festival na e break yung title ng contingent for the last years for winning the name grand slam even how superb,ang performance basta pang grand slam ang contingent e break talaga yan alam nyo kung bakit 1st reason kung mag grand slam ang contingent hindi na makasali sa contest maging guest performer lang so mawalan ng nice competitor ang contest...peru this year marami talaga ang astig na compitetor

@bloodstar222 you should have watched last sunday's competition. The level of competition is to the highest. There are a lot of nice performances from Dumaguete, Zamboanga Sibugay, Zamboanga City, Kidapawan, Tanuan and many more. I hope Surigao will be back next year.

all i can say is congrats to lanao gand to all the people involved,these is not the end you can still join next year...you did a nice presentation these year but the judges has it's own choice and like...no offense to anybody else but as we all know even how simple the dance is and how minimal is the props as long as it's your own identity like basakanon you have the green color for the top 5... 3/4 of the judges from street dancing down to the final showdown are the same every year

it's because tribu basakanon has it's own identity remember one of the criteria is originality.for how many years basakanon got the crown because nagustuhan nang judges ang performance nila dumating ang time na nag sawa narin ang judges sa simpleng preformance nila...ang FI kac halos similar lahat ng props at concept...but in fairness to Lanao this year astig ang performance at ang props maybe ang judges na lito na dahil halos mag similar ang concept....

@eduard7396 for sure mas marami ang sasali next year, with the more exposure to media last Sunday. Like TV 5 covering it until 8pm in the evening. Other Province's will showcase their Culture next year. It's a venue for them to market and promote their places to the Rest of the World. Pit Senyor.

so alam nila ang identity ng bawat group at ng choreographer dahil it,s not a new set of judges every year it's mostly the same kaya may silyo na yan sa kanila kung sino to? saan to? sinong original nito?props? costume?when it comes to pastel color? that is pinta flores? when it comes to tribal color design and authenticity? that is basak by norman,when it comes to kirara?that is angelo manapsal?when it comes to visual impact of colors,choreography and props and gimik that is barry luche.

Dirty. Hugaw kaayo and sayaw. Though visually appealing, daghang wala nagkadungan, hugaw ang alignment. Pero still, they deserved to be in the top 5; they just didn't get the judges' nod.
