I really liked the combination of item choices and the character. Kept it close for the suspense as well =) I know I talked about the Planetarium yesterday, and it's my favourite kind of room out of Repentance, but my opinion on how/when to get them reflects yours, actually, Sin. Item rooms may be crucial for your power curve, and skipping them in the hopes of getting a Planetarium later on may be jeopardizing the whole run (once tried to force the issue on a Maggy run and skipped _all 5 first item rooms,_ essentially for nothing because no Planetarium spawned in on that run). But that's why the Glowing Hourglass is such a nice item - it allows you to enter Item Rooms, see if the item's worth it, and back out without losing that chance at an extra special item. _And,_ in the event you get one of the less interesting Planetarium items, it may also allow you a second chance - not entering a spawned Planetarium keeps your chances for another on the next floor, with a different item inside. Something to keep in mind a next run, maybe?

All respawn items work like Lazarus on the beast fight by the way, you always just respawn on the spot without having to redo the previous phases. So with 9 lives you essentially have 11 Hp on this fight. You probably would have been way less anxious if you knew this, but regardless you beat it without taking damage anyways so who cares :D

On the other hand, glowing hourglass actually does not allow you to reset the beast fight. It simply teleports you to the center of the room without having any further effect.

if you have glowing hourglass, you can use it on treasure rooms/restock machines to search for the best item. In case you don't like anything, revert and go for planetarium chance

If you die during the beast fight and have extra lives you get and insta revive. You dont have to do it all again. Thats the only reason i beat beast with the lost and tainted keeper

Tainted keeper is a really well balanced character in my opinion. I think, if you play well with him and if you’re a little bit careful you can win almost every run.

A good strategy for tainted keeper is to skip the first, and maybe the second, item room since you dont have a lot of money early on, and also going to beast so you can take them later

This specific combination feels unbeatable though. Im not talking about offensive presence but you had 10 lives. Guppy's Collar could nope you out of any of those deaths. You had double charge hourglass which could let you attempt any room up to three times without permanent losses. And 4.5 volt made it so that you'd gain charges for killing stuff. And Tainted Keeper only has 2 HP but he can potentially heal from any kill. If you care about safe runs, thats about as broken as it gets.

I went to see Dr. Strange 2 today and it's an amazing movie, however I don't think that 12 year olds should be seeing this - it's super intense with some serious gore and heavy topics, several jumpscares and creepy stuff that might be hard to process. Nonetheless, one of my favorite marvel films, you need to see several other movies like X Men, the infinity saga (of course) etc and optimally the series WandaVision and what if from the MCU to really get everything that's going on there.

Just a neat tip: You can actually use the "cardio coin" pretty strategically to for cursed rooms. One tap on the cursed room and then grab a cardio coin, you can get pretty decent amount of taps that way. Also, if you tap in the cursed room enough when you've got a 100% chance for a Devil deal, it actually changes it to a 100% chance with the Angel deal.
