*spoiler* Pretty sure voiding the larynx voids it at the charge you left it.. You had 1/12 so thats why it was small... If you voided 12/12 theoretically it would be a 6 room charge max scream

My Adventures in Repentance: Character: Azazel Objective: Hush First Item: Fruit Cake First Devil Deal: The Mark This run didn't want to be a hush run. This run have me a delirium portal at EVERY end boss, it lives, hush (naturally) and ???. My objective was simply Maw of the Void, and that was obtained quite easily. Decided to run to the chest, and got the final delirium portal and said "you know what? I'll play your game", and what a game it was! I managed to get a LOT of hp and damage ups in the actual delirium fight. Magic Mushroom, strength card, judgement car that gave me breakfast, and soul hearts. It was a hard fight, but I eventually died. Azazel's range made this fight extremely difficult despite fairly great stats. I managed to get him down to 25%, and his insane movements and changes caught up with me; I didn't stand a chance. I got the item I wanted, so my objective was complete. Take care, Mosh Pit!

There's just so many items I don't have access to, but that would be very good to have, potentially? And Spirit Sword is one of them. It's just... the Mother fight at the end of the Isaac's awakening challenge feels very taxing, especially on top of a poor run. (Also, on my first try, I foolishly believed that passing on the Item Room in Downpour II might just grant me a Planetarium, because _of course_ that's how I am).
