SIOUX STEAM-FLO | Steam Generator Set-up, Start Up, and Shut Down

This video covers safety, set-up, start up, and shut down of the Sioux Steam-Flo (models SF-11, SF-20, SF-25, and SF-50).
The first priority is your safety. Be sure to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment as required in your work place. Many componets on the Steam-flo steam generator can reach high temperatures. Become familiar with the shut off valves for steam, as well as how to shut down the machine.
When setting up your Steam-Flo, be sure the machine is level and is connected to the proper utilities per your equipment manual. Steam-Flos require a water supply between 40 and 150 PSI that does not exceed 120F. Minimum flow requirements are between 1 and 6 GPM depending on your model.
Electrical requirements are 115V/60Hz. A 35FT power cord is included with the machine.

HAHAHAHHA......WHAT A SCAM. You want a steam generator?? HERE YOU GO! a beast of a steam maker...............................you need gas or desial to run it BUT IT MAKES STEAM. God...anything to keep unrenewable fuel on top. I MEAN at this point...i should just....idk...........make a nuke reactor type setup but instead of the nuke fuel...just put in wood and just keep burning wood instead. I mean all ud need is a big tank...tear drop like....wood fire under it...then fill with water....pipe on top......altinators connected to fan blades in the pipe....then seal it...then just....take the putput steam and make a rad to cool it back down into water and just idk....reuse the water.... i mean cmon......i can fig this out in 5 mins in my head....anything to keep big oil on top.

Please tell me what is the advantage of this versus burning fuel in a motor to turn a generator? This has more systems built into it to fail. And it’s much heavier. And it’s useless unless you have a water flow.

Sioux low-pressure steam generators are used to create steam for processes such as heating rail cars, curing precast concrete, steaming soil, and other commercial applications. The Steam-Flo is not suitable for producing steam to generate electricity.
