Walking/dancing and singing to this song as I walked to the entrance, was out of this world. Just hearing her voice fill the darkness of the field, was wonderful.

I've liked Siouxsie for a long time..since 79. It's not easy getting old..were the same age. It looks like she has some health issues. I could hear it in her voice. But credit to her for coming out..Maybe one more album?

@@ihavezeroideawhattoputhere3653ah right so smoking in that one particular year 1995 damaged her voice? That makes sense 😆 Smoking doesn't affect your voice it affects your capacity to hold breath. Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Judy Garland, David Bowie, Amy Winehouse, Maria Callas and hundreds of other famous singing smokers would agree.

I hope she stays working and touring. Her voice is not near the classic level but if she works on it she’ll get it all back in a year hopefully. I can’t wait till her next album if she’s doing something. Love her for being my favorite musician ever.❤

Is she working on a new material?
@robertkelley5144 Жыл бұрын
@@Kyle_heringer That is the million dollar question and I really wish I knew. I keep hearing about A re-issue of manta ray somehow enhanced but not really remix or anything additional. I mean I’ll put that up against just about any banshees album, as good as anything she ever did but I would like to know her intentions. My guess is she doesn’t even know yet and is touring to see how much she really misses it and how she holds up at her age and to get her voice back and whether or not she can. She’s definitely around 70% at best right now but in time she can get back to 100% I hope, they give you she’s 66 years old. My next question would be is she interested in a reuniting with Steven Severin. She has had 9 guitarists, 3 drumners And so she could get two more new players and still called the banshees but only if he comes back on bass I have bad respect for her that she called herself Siouxsie without the Banshees I had it on because Charlie Jones was playing bass and her voice requires that beautiful bass playing so unique As it is for her to go by that classic band name. Either way it’s just nice to have her back in the fray because she’s easily my favorite female musician of all time if not my favorite male or female. I would be freaking ecstatic if she would go on tour with Adam Ant I just Marco Pirroni would re-join one or the other.

The truth is that Soiuxsie's performance on a vocal level is very painful, and I say this as a fan of hers. I see that the vast majority do not care that they no longer have the voice to sing and fanaticism wins over them...
