i am CA and working for a Pvt bank as a credit analyst....People literally aint interested to make FD and that's why Banks are facing fund crunch....overall banking sector is suffering from FD issue...and thats y banks will not proceed loans as it were...whole economy is dependent on banks....and as per discussions in banking people and senior executives...direct Tax code is eminnent and will be impemented in next 1-2 years..we r processing loans and seeing balance sheets where people paying 35-40% taxes ( including surcharge) on business income while paying 10-15% tax on share market income....and henceforth even businessmen are thinking ki dhandha kare kyu agar share market se bhale 10-15 cr bhi mile to uspe tax kam bharna hai or business me itna khun pasina ek karke kamake uspe 35-40% tax bharna hai....isliye ab DTC se everyone will pay tax as their tax bracket and hence people will move to FD's...i am not saying whether this decision is good or bad...but this much sip inflow is tampering whole banking system and people are leaving jobs and shutting down businesses just to invest and trade which is absolutely distarous for developing country like india....

On anand rathi question, I think they will sell put at only 10 rs premium. That’s not at the money, that’s far OTM. So, it should be quite safe. That will be about 10% away from spot. Many option seller like me make regular income from this

Sir that Kohli's innings was in Hobart, target was 320 odd. We had to chase it inside 40 ovs to qualify for the final. And I think we did it in 38 ovs. Malinga was in form bowler at that time and he was beaten badly, more than 11-12 rpo. One of the finest innings from Virat Kohli.
