Gosh I love Jaha❤❤❤❤. I am also from Gambissara, she makes me proud!!! So much has been said about her, she has faced many challenges, and yet she is still making Things Happen!! They will never, can never silence you! I don’t think people realize Jaha comes from a very religious family, her dad is also an imam. She will never fight Islam. In Gambia and other African countries if you are a woman that challenges old practices, they will make everything up under the sun to silence you and put you in a woman’s “place”!! Dukureh Jagu Dumbeee! You’re amazing. She also just opened a mosque, what are those people cursing her doing for the Gambia?? Nothing Excuse my typos I’m just passionate

I love love this episode. Thank you for all you do for women and girls Jaha and thank you for opening up and sharing a part of you. Do not underestimate this, you have no idea how much your story shape some of us as young women. Sorry about everything you’ve been through but especially the betrayal you got from loving someone and genuinely also. Kudos to Fanta, you’re just wonderful 🥰

This episode is truly phenomenal; it's like everything about it is ablaze with brilliance! 🎉 Your outfit, hairstyle, everything is just impeccable and perfectly on point. Keep radiating that bright light! 🌟 Also wonderful to get to know Jaha. I've heard so much about her here in New York and was told I should meet her, but watching her on your show feels like I've already had the pleasure. She's doing incredible work. Kudos to such a strong woman! And those "Never Have I Ever" questions had me laughing so hard, I was rolling on the floor!

I’ve learned a lot from this episode, regardless of our differences which I respect, cuz we’re all entitled to our opinions. But one thing is certain her story is really inspiring, after everything she’s gone through she’s still able to stand her ground to who she’s today. Much love to you, keep being yourself ❤✌️💪 And to you Fanta thanks for having her on this episode

I feel like men who are so into FGM are just insecure period! Who are u to dictate what women should or should not do with their bodies? And they have the audacity to hid behind our religion yet when u ask them to bring evidence they can't say anything. To Jaha, keep inspiring, keep being you and keep pushing!! As a soninke woman I am proud of you and I relate to you. I am so passionate about what I believe in and seeing you fight keeps me motivate. Keep inspiring!
