Since it seems to be a hot topic today, here's Sips' response on a reddit AMA as to why he's a vegetarian: "it's been almost 8 years and it was to do with a lot of the meat we were buying at the time coming from huge meat processing plants and having some issue wondering what the hell was even going into the meat in the first place. i watched a documentary on chicken processing and they were just pumping the chicken breasts full of this gross water and i got all mad and decided to stop eating it. plus there's a lot of cruelty in the industry for lots of different reasons and i didn't want to continue supporting it."

I'm sure the comments on his vegetarianism and teasing were greatly appreciated. Just let the guy eat his onion rings. At least he's not a raging vegetarian who's up in anyone's face about it.

while i may not be a vegetarian, the fact the sips actually took the time to be informed in where his food is coming from is something a lot more people need to do. While i wont become a veggie the fact that i know where my food comes from has impacted my greatly from not supporting big meat companies to only eating organic local meat. I think that sips is a smart man to have taken a look behind the curtain that is the food industry and for that lets give a big hu-rah for that MAGNIFICENT basterd!
