The ending part gave justice for all the shed tears I had while watching it from the very beginning till the latter part. I almost couldn't hold back the hatred within me for the leading man, for all the hurtful and evil doing he did to the leading lady. And this story/film prove it once again the saying that; "truth shall always prevail".... and, "love once drained it will definitely not regain"...sad but it's true, this film proves that. I don't personally knew these actors but I gave them my utmost respect, great job! They played their role very well. Kudos to the writers and director of this film, to the creative writer, excellent job!! The end part really gave fun and justice for the viewers time spent in viewing... worth it.

I don't think it even went as far as deciding whether to forgive. She straight up rejected HIM. Remember she didn't really associate the child with him; emotionally the child was only hers. Notice the boy was eager to go with her and probably didn't think much about leaving behind a father who he didn't feel a strong connection with.

First of all, I love this actor [Liu Qing]. Secondly, I'm not satisfied with the punishment for these two vipers... they only got prison - what kind of justice is that?they deserved something more than prison ;/;/!! Thirdly, the ending is absolutely appropriate and I can't imagine any other ending - she told him at the beginning that he would regret it and he would be. Fourthly, I was annoyed by some of FL's behaviors.
