I was also worried about Joining CBI as because of privatisation rumours. But after doing extensive research I found that thoose were rumours only , they might be true might not be true. But after learning about CBI, the first commerical bank to be entirely managed by Indians and its legendary founder Sir Sorabji Pochkhanwala, I am rather feeling proud in joiningCBI. CBI is out of PCA framework and recruiting at a robust pace more than 2000 POs are going to be selected this year, same was the case last year, CBI is recruiting even substaffs, a non existent post in Private banks. So these are not signs of privatisation. Work culture and ownership also is more government owned than leading banks like SBI, BOB. I think government will have a tough day finding buyers in case it is enlisted for privatisation. Even it is provatised, employees rights will be taken care of as said by government. So don't worry and join this opportunity

Newspaper Allowance, Medical Allowance, Entertainment allowance, cleaning allowance and many more. As a PO we also get Furniture Allowance upto 1.5 lakh ever 4 years. All this in total makes it a total of 90k to 1 lakh.

Sir, i am in trouble, Previously i was working as reb po in aryavart bank in up, once i got selected in central bank of india, i have resigned from rrb , and my joined date is in sep 9th 2024, central bank asked us to get police verification by ourselves, when i went to apply for police clearance , i came to know that some of my family relatives kept my name in civil cases in which i have not involved, i didnt know about these cases also, and am applying for a petition through lawyer in high court in which i was not involved ,the court has not proved that i was guilty for that case,i was in preparation at thta time, my relatives dont want me to do job, ,,,,will it be a problem for me to join in central bank of india, recently i came to know supreme court has ordered that untill case is proved , employer shouldntstop a govt employee from working or joining is that correct??? Government has done soft damage to CBI. They should sue for it. Go to any PSB bank things are more of alike. The only thing required is to focus on skill creation and making promotion outside the hands of Top management , it should be mix of exam and interview by other committee\board.

Agar unhi logon ka sunte rahoge toh life toh khatam hai tumhara. Aur agar unhi ki sunna hai toh dv ke liye mat jao. Koi aspirant bahot ummid leke reserve list pe baitha hai job k liye. I also have the same query, sir. currently, I am working in SBI as a JA and this year got selected for PNB PO. My branch manager said that you should remain in SBI because SBI has better perks and salary and PNB can also be privatised in a span of 20 years but in SBI you will be safe in regards to privatization. Therefore I am confused about what should I do? Should I join PNB or Should I prepare for the 2024 SBI PO exam ( I know, I will defiantly clear the SBI PO 2024 exam, If somehow I do not clear the exam then also I have the option to become an officer in SBI through promotion) Totally confused sir. Need your thoughts about this.

Dont join this bank , read that again. I joined this bank in 2021 as PO and resigned in July 2022 . You can clear other exams also and can get any other good organisation.
