Your use of lighting was masterfully atmospheric throughout, I'd love to know more about that, and the effects you used in post production.

What a beautiful, beautiful film Kris. This encapsulates my father and the Italian car culture I grew up in and still adore. For making this, I can only say, "grazie, grazie e ancora grazie amico. Sei un vero maestro del cinema".

Kris, i found your channel from Adobe After effects video you made a while back. I'm so glad i stumbled upon it because this video is absolutely amazing. Sadly, Artisanship is slowly fading out from the mainstream with technologies hastening the behavior of consumption and mass production to meet that; but I believe the real maestros out there that appreciate and love the craft they do will keep the artisan movement going. Again, beautiful video~!

Thank you for watching! It is indeed sad that these forms of art are disappearing. It is why I wanted to capture these stories to make them live on. I think the values the subjects of this doc have serve as a great example for our future generations.

Great work! You filmed really great interviews, a lot of nice raw emotion. I can relate to the part talking about how people have lost the culture of creating things by hand. By the way your channel has helped me improve a lot. I got into animation, but eventually have been pushed more towards live-action. It's always nice to see content from you. Maybe do a video about how you interview people?

Beautiful documentary! Loved it! I watched your video about the editing and you said something about you did it all by yourself. I would be interested about the shoot itself. How did you shoot the scenes of the driving cars and how did you do it all by yourself?
@Kriscoart5 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Glad you liked it. I have a video on shooting which talked about the process and ideas. I wish I had BTS so I could expand more on some moments but didn't have anyone for that. For the car shots I had someone drive ahead of the picture cars and I was hanging out of that car using a gimbal. It looked ridiculous but worked.
@Aissela915 жыл бұрын
@@Kriscoart Thanks a lot for your answer and for going more into details about the shoot! Ridiculous or not, it worked very well and the shots turned out beautiful. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing your craft and your insight! I really appreciate it!
