Nah bro safe Nigeria is an oxymoron. No such thing exist. This was the period anini and his cohorts ran amuck with impunity. Dele giwa was killed during this time frame too if am not mistaken. The term "gbomogbomo was coined in this period too. Heck what did you think " Andrew checked out" for? We have never been a safe nation.
