This song speaks to the current generation. Sir the Baptist was successful in reaching the masses with this timeless track. I love it. Can't wait to hear the entire album.

Heard this song on Spotify while working out! To be honest, I felt kind of dirty first listening to this song because of cursing to a church tune. Then I saw this video and I think I'm getting where this is coming from. The song is even more amazing now than when I first listened to it. I hope you become as famous or more famous than Macklemore.

Hi💕, hope you’re having a good day, I hope you don’t mind me spreading the gospel with you, so here it goes just wanted you to know that God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life in a better way and eternally. But bc we disobey God and go our own sinful ways we r separated from Him,but Jesus Christ lived a perfect life for you & died on the cross and rose from the grave for you,He paid the penalty for our sins and bridged the gap between God and us so if you trust Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and receive Him by personal invitation you receive that free gift and eternal life, have a blessed day, byee💕

I have bad ears so I had to look the lyrics up before I could figure out what the Don Juan part was about, and I confess that I don't usually listen to rap/hip hop, but this moved me. Maybe I can identify a bit with the artist because I was a Southern Baptist deacon's daughter and the expectations of perfection have been smothering, even to this day. To me, it's a shame that the song includes the F word so much and the references to sex or I think it might have a bigger following among Christians who believe this violence and bigotry has got to end now. Long story short, I think this is a very promising artist and I want to hear more.

Then Simon Peter, having a sword, drew it and struck the high priest’s servant and cut off his right ear. (The servant’s name was Malchus.) So Jesus said to Peter, “Put your sword into its sheath; shall I not drink the cup that the Father has given me?” John 18:10-11

Mama knows her son is in the hands of the devil, but she is gonna raise hell to God ( fervent prayers) until her son is saved. Sometimes hearing the word from the preacher is not enough, etc. Sometimes you just gotta release yourself before God in an emotional praise dance. I just wanna dance, oh oh oh.
