Lol. This is such an unnecessary thing to comment. Some people actually lack movement in their face due to nerve damage from congenital conditions, trauma or diseases. Or maybe she does have Botox or some sort of neuro modulator like Xeomin. Either way, who cares? You don’t need to be concerned. If something was wrong she doesn’t need to say.
