When Persephone is kidnapped by the God of Death Hades, Demeter gives Siren wings to find persephone, However, the search was not successful and made siren give up and live on Anthemoissa Island. there were two siren on an island in the western sea between Aeaea and the rocks of Scylla. "Then how siren kill sailor??" Well they really likes to kill in a subtle way. To ensnare its victims, Siren will sing very sweetly. So melodious her voice, sailor who hear the song Siren will be captivated. They were lulled only to crash the ship into the reef and then die.
