“Cabal wai-“ he closed the door before I could finish. There I sat in that little corner of the ship a glass of have drunken nectar in my lap. “What the hell Cabal? You don’t get to drop a bombshell on me and walk out on me- asshole.” How did he think I was supposed to feel? Sad, lonely, but also terrified above everything else… I just still can’t fathom that everything- everyone- I knew is just… not here anymore. I knew it would probably happen someday, but you never think it’s gonna end when you’re still alive, I’m just so numb and hurt all at the same time. Not only that but he was watching me? ME? Of all people on my planet and maybe my damn solar system he was drawn to me? How the hell am I supposed to respond to that?! If I had to place my feelings on him, I would’ve said I definitely hated him when we first met, for how he treated me for making me feel isolated being the last of my kind- but now… I don’t know what to feel. I never would have thought this weighed on him so much, I mean he hardly lets his brash nature slip into anything else. If he doesn’t feel regret for saving me, maybe… maybe he feels a twinge of guilt? His general wants to make a spectacle out of me if not worse, I am being into thrown into situations I never I thought I’d be in and… he felt guilty for not talking to me about this sooner. “What bugging me more though is that phrase. Shi- shikatur? Nala kappa? Oh who am I kidding that’s not even close!” Why did he make sure my translator couldn’t pick up on that? I mean from my experience that usually happens when he says some colorful insults to someone (when he found that bug on me from that creep, I couldn’t understand what he said but even I could tell it must’ve been the equivalent of f-) but that wasn’t the case. He was… trying to express himself, so maybe it wasn’t an insult but rather… something much more endearing? My cheeks began to burn at the thought and I downed the rest of the nectar in one gulp, trying to redirect my focus to the sensation and taste of this bizarre alcohol. “I’ll talk to him after we settle things on yabba. So don’t go running out on me then Cabal, you absolute prick.” I sat in the silence for a while longer before getting a little more nectar, I think after all that, I needed at least one more drink… after things are settled, then definitely… I’ll definitely have an answer for him.

And if I were in stardust shoes I would take what he said with a pinch of salt. Because one Cabal talked down to stardust who calling (Aelia and Is gemonid like Keya artz made with pretty moon and dot markings) despite the fact she did nothing worthy of such treatment, and he both directly and indirectly put her in danger due to finding out his general is corrupt person. So I think right now I think despite the fact he trying to make up for what he did, she gonna just take what he says and does with pinch of salt. And I'm not sure if drinking nectar is gonna solve that but at least I think he's admitting he was in the wrong, just give her some time to breathe.

Okay im far too late for this. Lowkey binged the whole series just to catch up but god is it an emotional rollercoaster Being a crier (aka a crybaby) i can already imagine after Cabal left im just like: "i need to overdose" and then proceed to stare into space for five minutes in silence thinking about everything he said and my own existence before bawling my eyes out on the ground for an hour till i tire myself out, drink more glasses of necter and try to fall asleep on the ground to forget about this. Cause im kinda of the "i'll just cry and get over it" type yet im practically about to combust from my emotions haha. Speaking of sleeping i'd feel like the listener would continuously have dreams of her family of friends, their faces haunting her dreams to remind her that they are no longer with her. She may even have phases where she spaces out, imagining their faces and them being happy, just to try and remember them cause after a long time you tend to forget someones face or voice if you dont see them for a very long time

I cannot spell any of these names and I am truly sorry to dump all my thoughts like this but I have been thinking about this series nonstop because I love it so much and I just can’t keep my thoughts to myself any more. My silly little head cannon is the Taryth tried to recruit Cabal to sell Crux out and he refused because he thought it was slander. When Crux denied the request to stabilize Earth, Cabal realized the rumours were true and he saved Stardust. If someone did originally try to turn Cabal against Crux they may have ties to a larger community who also know about Crux’s trafficking. I think Crux secretly killed Cabal's family and that’s why he was found wandering the Wastes. How far is Crux getting in politics? Could Crux successfully launch a military coup? Are his sights set higher than just making money off this? Also I know melodrama isn’t everyone’s thing but I just think it would be real neat if Spacedust got taken for ransom while recovering the black box and Cabal ripped the system apart with his bare hands like a feral animal to get them back only for Cabal to get really hurt and Spacedust has to drag him unconscious back to Task and the lads so they can get him out of there. I just think that then if Cabal woke up later and was FURIOUS at Spacedust for risking their life like that and they fight because Spacedust can’t admit it’s because they also have feelings for Cabal yet while Task and the lads watch it would be real neat.

I find out everything and everyone Ive ever known and loved is dead and that i will NEVER get any sense of that normalcy back and then the guy who "saved" me is constantly reminding me Im useless and would die without him and Im just his property.
