It does, but they said that this is a good abyss for the team known as mono geo....which easily takes care of the shield and which excels in single target damage and has good aoe coverage, and in a abyss with no elemental shields, they have no weakness.

@@lostblueboy They kinda did. Saying "finally" and "best Abyss in a long time for Mono Geo" basically absolutely implies that. Honestly Hoyo is disgusting and lazy with this kind of mechanics. Just make bs mechanic with shields to make it intrinsicaly harder but in reality it's just a paytowin mechanic. Use X to solve X. All Gachas do this in the end but this a disgusting level. And it will get boring. I didn't give anything at Geo at all why should i. It completly ignores the elemental system even. They just make own abyss to make it look somehow useful. Even though the Damage now of Mono Geo is okay. Anyways.

Stuff with innate auras like Tulpa is also good for Mono Geo by taking advantages of what Geo already does by making Crystallize, something that’s usually an afterthought, actually a meaningful part of gameplay. Also, the “finally” is just because I was pretty sick of playing the previous abyss; nothing to do with mono geo. For the record, I don’t even own Itto, chiori, my gorou is lv20, etc, I just think it’s cool that an off-meta team gets a time to be pretty strong again for once

....not really...navia is usually the sole geo teammate in her teams, with albedo or chiori being the other rare one. This is more so for mono geo, or any team that uses zhongli.

@@sentience3033 oh ik but Ayaka is best when her burst connects, which can be difficult if enemies don’t stand still. Also the freeze gives ayaka a crit rate boost I believe.

@@jaychen5108 that depends upon players’s timing & position not characters. 20% cr is not a damage boost , i believe. You still have 80% cr left against non freeze enemines . I meant attack power Thanks to her kit, she has no problems bruteforceing against bosses

To be fair, 1.x can still clear, just like 2.1 comps. But even in Genshin, a modern Fontaine/Natlan DPS is so much better than a 2.x/1.x dps it's not even close

try ER sands, it's okay to sacrifice chunks of attacks just for smooth rotation, i use the catch and ER sands with bennet on my team and she works wonderfully🔥

I'm planning to get Kazuha and Raiden. I currently have C0 Bennett C1 Xiangling but no Xingqiu. Is it good for Raiden?? Also I have C0 Sucrose, should I pull for Kazuha??? I just started playing this year so I still have few characters

Yess kazhua must have character,Raiden is also good DPS I get easy 100k per slash 🙂🙂 on Raiden so yes very stable characters and pull for them xingqui can be replaced by other...or you will get them eventually...

Pulling Kazuha is a must, he could be used for every team’s support! I don’t have Raiden, but if you don’t have a 5 star electro or 5 star dps in general, she’s really great for you to pull. It’s a really good idea to get both of them because they’re both really strong units.
