@@IshtiyakAlam-e3l Wrio can barely get Kazuha's buff with that short 8 seconds duration. Not to mention if you fail to swirl cryo (which happens almost all of the time) Wrio won't get any buff. So, yes Xilonen is that game-changing in reverse melt teams.
