i tested e max with blue tree (manaflow), ring start and i went secondary yellow tree for the mana regen on hit + scaling cdr. was against a vayne and it made the matchup fairly easy. you never run out of mana. i just went regular build with triforce frozen heart etc but the rune page was huge for laning against an impossible matchup
