INGREDIENTS
3 Eggs
3 Cups of flour
1 Cup of powdered sugar
1tbsp of salt mixed in 3tbsp of water
1kg of peanut/ground nuts
1litre of cooking oil
Procedures
•Mix 1 tbsp of salt in 3 tbsp of water in a bowl then mix.
•Take a frying pan and set it on a stove then add 1kg of groundnut/peanut at medium heat then add the mixture of Salt with water to the frying pan, and fry the groundnuts until the salt has dried for 8 to 10mins.
•When done leave the peanut/groundnut to cool for 10 minutes.
•Then in a bowl add 3 eggs and 1 cup of powdered sugar and mix until the mixture turns white the 1 kg of peanut/groundnuts then mix well using a spatula then add 11/2 Cup of flour to the mixture then continue mixing using a spatula until every peanut/groundnut is coated with the flour.
•Set aside the mixture then to a flat surface pour flour then take the mixture of the peanut/groundnut and pour it on the flour then use your fingers to coat the flour in each peanut/groundnut until all the mixture is done while adding the remaining flour until all the peanut are coated with flour on top.
•When done place a frying pan on the stove the 1litre of cooking oil to the frying pan then wait until the oil is hot then add the coated groundnuts to the hot cooking oil and fry then until the color starts to change and turn pale brown then remove the peanut/groundnut from the stove.
•Repait this process until the peanut/groundnut is all done and don't overcrowd your peanuts in the cooking oil.
•When done leave the peanut to cool and then ready to eat.
