I dont have control devices tab in my TIA portal... What do i need to have this installed?

Good tutorial! However I'm confused on how to connect the output expansion modules. On the TIA portal they don't seem to show up anywhere and I need the outputs of the 3SK2 to supply power to the output expansions but I don't see a way to link them in Sirius Sim
