Hey Steve I saw your comment about retiring if you are ready for them by all means do it but you have to have a plan for you to retire comfortably I did it two years ago I have no regrets I wish you and your wife the best if you did when you decide to retire

Very cool that you’re a pilot! I’m a retired airline pilot and teach pilots to fly biz jets for FlightSafety International. If you’re ever in Orlando, stop by and say hi! I’ll show you how to fly a Citation! Give me a couple of days notice so TSA can clear you(all visitors must do this) Yes I think any GA pilot should have WX on board. Unless they are VFR only, but even then, storms blow up fast......so..... Love your boat reviews. Btw, any chance you will review Nordhavn? We want to buy one when I finally retire to cruise East coast and Bahamas. Maybe go to Alaska one day as well!

Hi Michael, thanks for the nice comments and the Citation offer. That would be awesome to experience. As for Norhavn, they've been a tough nut to crack, mostly because they're building at capacity and there's not much additional reviews can do for them. that said, they recently agreed, at least verbally, to a test so we'll see. I hope it goes through because I'm 100% infatuated with the brand. It's the way I'd like to retire so good for you on having that goal.

That's a fair question. And the answer is... because people were being incredibly rude and cruel. "my boat is better than this one..." " You call those 2-foot seas, you should boat in my waters..." "What stupid designer put the couch there instead of over there..." It was just too much and we had to have a full time person dedicated to answering the ones without profanity and deleting the ones with. Shame but when people aren't in front of you they can be harsh. It started out as a good idea but morphed into politics, criticism and verbal assaults. We do strive to answer questions though. Just use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page. I hope you understand.
