it makes me sad to think about jeffreys behavior towards these castmates. the show is so funny and it’s a comedy, so why would you ever feel the need to berate them? It’s not that deep, it’s a COMEDY, it’s not like an intense drama where they have to be in a certain headspace for it to come across as genuine.... It’s so unfortunate because I love the show so much and once again it’s a COMEDY

I think one time he flipped out at Jessica Walters (Lucille's actress) as she was running and re-running her takes because she wanted to do her monologue absolutely perfectly. Which is completely fair because she has amazing lines and does them so well, but you see it was actually Jeffrey flipping out on Jessica for taking it too seriously.
